What is the Youth Ready Program?
Youth Ready (YR) equips vulnerable and marginalized youth ages 14-29 in Latin America and East Africa with the skills and support they need to become agents of change in their own lives and communities.
Global Impact
Since 2017, Youth Ready has expanded from its initial phases in Honduras and El Salvador to more than 10 countries across Latin America and East Africa, reflecting rapid and sustained program growth. The figures below highlight this increasing reach, capturing both direct engagement with vulnerable youth ages 14-29 and indirect impact on families, communities, and institutions that support them. As Youth Ready strengthens pathways in education, employment, and entrepreneurship, these statistics showcase a program scaling with purpose and delivering meaningful, measurable changes.
