One of our guiding principles at World Vision Canada is we are stewards, meaning:

  • We invest resources wisely and transparently to maximize impact for children and communities, while caring for God’s creation and upholding stakeholder trust––honouring every gift entrusted to use with integrity and intention.

Our ability to make a difference is powered and inspired by your gifts and your sponsorships. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. It is both life-changing and lifesaving.

It’s important you know exactly how your charity was used in fiscal year 2025*. The World Vision Canada 2025 Annual Results Report (available on the Our Work page) is a detailed accounting of the financial and human impact of our collective efforts.

Below are key highlights and snapshots from the report. Every donor––no matter the size of their support––is critical to the success of World Vision’s mission.

World Vision Canada 2025: programs with purpose

Every program in 2025 worked towards our guiding purpose: to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities.

With your generosity, these programs tackle root causes to builder safer, healthier and more hopeful futures.

Here at home, Canadians are also facing a time of strain. Food insecurity has reached its highest levels in decades. Families are making hard choices about how to give, while navigating uncertainty of their own.

Yet even in this, we see something profoundly beautiful: the generosity of Canadians remains steadfast. Across this country, people continue to give faithfully, compassionately and often sacrificially, so that children they will never meet will have the chance to thrive.

Together, we have advanced sustainable, enduring impact that continues to strengthen communities and transform the lives of children around the world.

Love in action can change the course of a child’s life and, through them, the world.
