Addressing Armed Violence in East Africa: A Report on World Vision Peacebuilding, Development and Humanitarian Assistance Programmes- 2009
In many of the conflict-affected communities where World Vision works, the widespread use of small arms and light weapons is a disturbing problem. Based on field research in Kenya, Uganda, and Sudan, this study explores the impact of WV programs in peacebuilding, development and humanitarian assistance, considering whether and how they had an impact in reducing armed violence.
