How do I Log in to the My World Vision mobile app?

This application uses the same email and password as your My World Vision account. If you do not have a My World Vision account you can create one.
Note: that while the app can be used without sponsoring a child, the experience within the application is best if there is an active child sponsorship.


I'm from outside of Canada can I use this application?

This application is limited to World Vision Canada accounts. You will not be able to log in to the application with credentials from other World Vision offices including the United States.


What if I forget my account password?

If you forgot your account password:
  • Go to the My World Vision Login Page 
  • Click "Forgot Password" link
  • Enter the email address used to register the account
  • We will email you a password reset link
  • Click on the email link to reset your password (you have 4 days to complete this)

Note: If you do not receive an email in your inbox or junk/spam folder after 1-2 hours, please try the “forgot your password” option again or call us at 1-866-595-5550 for assistance.


What is a My World Vision account?
It’s a personalized online account that allows you to deepen your connection with your sponsored children. An account allows you to send your sponsored children emails, see their latest progress and photos, and update your account information. To register for a My World Vision account, click here.


How can I create a My World Vision Account?
