WHAT:  World Vision Canada Family Day Skate Event. World Vision Canada celebrates the generosity of Canadians with a special Family Day Event along Hamilton’s waterfront.  The community is encouraged to come out to Pier 8 on Monday, February 20 to enjoy free skating courtesy of World Vision Canada. A special invitation has also been extended to recent newcomers to Canada to introduce them to one of our country’s favourite past-times.  The Family Day Skate event is part of World Vision Canada’s “Love Can” campaign dedicated to thanking Canadians for their ongoing support of World Vision.
 
WHO:   Hamilton-area families, including newcomers to Canada, World Vision Canada representatives
