Safe List World Vision Emails

To ensure you never miss out on any of our emails please add World Vision to your email’s safe list by following the instructions that correspond to your email provider below.

Shaw Users:
  1. ​Log into your email account
  2. On the main screen, select the 'Address Book' tab at the top
  3. This page will list all of your contacts within your address book. At the bottom of this page, enter our name (World Vision Canada) and our email address noreply@worldvision.ca
  4. Then, Select 'Add Contact'
  5. Once you see our email listed in your personal address book, it means that we’ve been added to your safe list, and will help ensure that our emails go straight to your inbox
Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007:
  1. ​Log into your email account
  2. Under the 'Tools' menu, click 'Options'
  3. Under the 'Preferences' tab, click 'Junk Email'
  4. Under the 'Safe Senders' tab, click 'Add'
  5. In the 'Add Address' field, enter 'worldvision.ca'
  6. Click 'OK'
Missing an email? Check if our email is in your 'Junk Email Folder.' If it is, right click on the email, select 'Junk Email' and click 'Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List.'  

Gmail:
  1. ​Log into your email account
  2. Click 'Contacts' along the left side of any Gmail page
  3. Click 'Add Contact'
  4. Copy and paste our 'From' address, noreply@worldvision.ca, into the primary email address dialog box
  5. Click 'Save.'
Missing an email? Check if our email is in the 'Spam' folder. If it is, check the box next to our email and click the 'Not Spam' button along the top.

Windows Live Hotmail:
  1. ​Log in to your email account
  2. Open your mailbox and click 'Options' (upper right hand corner)
  3. Click the 'Junk Email Protection' link (top of page)
  4. Click the 'Safe List' link (second from bottom)
  5. Copy and paste noreply@worldvision.ca into the dialog box titled 'Type an address or domain'
  6. Click the 'Add' button next to the dialog box
Missing an email? Check if our email is in your 'Junk Email Folder.'  If it is, open the email and click the 'Not Junk' button. Next, check to see if our email address is in your 'Blocked Senders' list. If you see a message from worldvision.ca on this list, select it and click the 'Remove' button. 

Yahoo!:

You will need to set up a filter to redirect our email into your inbox:
  1. ​Log into your email account
  2. Open your mailbox and click on 'Mail Options' (upper right hand corner)
  3. Select Filters
  4. Click the 'Add' link on the filters page
  5. Update the 'From Header' rule with the following two pieces of information: 'contains' and '@worldvision.ca'
  6. Click the 'Choose Folder' pull-down menu and select 'Inbox.' Pick the 'Add Filter' button.
Missing an email? Check if our email is in your Yahoo! 'Bulk Folder.' If it is, please open the email and click the 'Not Spam' button. Next, check to see if the address the email was sent from is in your 'Blocked Addresses' list. If you see noreply@worldvision.ca on this list, select it and click the 'Remove Block' button. Finally, please set up a filter as outlined above.
