Urgent: Children need help as families evacuate Aleppo, Syria.
The evacuation of eastern Aleppo continues and conditions remain immensely tough for evacuees. Children are cold, hungry, in increasingly crowded conditions and continue to face danger from attacks. People are being evacuated to camps and villages in the Western Aleppo countryside.
The need is urgent.
World World Vision is responding right now with relief items including blankets, mattresses, hygiene kits and heaters to cold, weary children and families.
World Vision is also continuing to meet the needs of up to 100,000 people who have fled recent violence – in and around Aleppo by:
- Providing clean water and sanitation services
- Supporting primary and mobile health clinics
- Operating women and young child centres
- Supporting the district’s women and children’s hospital with equipment and supplies
With the help of donors like you, World Vision has reached over one million people who have fled violence in Syria.
Please bring hope and relief to children living in dangerous conditions.
