With GPS Smartphone Apps like Map My Run, Runkeeper, Nike+ you can simply start your walk/run, press a button, and it will track your distance until you end your workout. For first timers, we recommend Map My Run. You can map out your course beforehand on their website or simply start tracking on the go. You can measure your 6K course, however you'd like!
