Hazel's Hope is an initiative by mayor Hazel McCallion to invite and encourage the citizens of Mississauga to join together to help the hundreds of thousands of children affected by HIV and AIDS in Tanzania.

Funds raised go through World Vision to children and families in Tanzania who are receiving prevention education, care, and support to break down the barriers of stigma and discrimination they face.

When we all do a little, our combined efforts make a big difference. A great city is capable of a great response. Let's help turn the tide against HIV and AIDS in Tanzania, and let's set an example for others to follow.
