In October 2006, we were the thankful recipient of funding from the Partners to End Child Poverty Program …. The whole process of community assessment, program design, evaluation and budgeting, as taught to us in the workshops, has helped us to reach a whole new level of program excellence … We are thrilled and thoroughly impressed with WVC’s high level of commitment to professional excellence, collaboration, and investment.
