Engage - Share - Support As a World Vision Special Event volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to share the impact of child sponsorship at event booths and exhibits right in your own community. We connect you to exciting Special Events happening in your area and support you in making a difference in the lives of children around the world.
These special events include:
- Local Concerts
- Festivals
- Community events

- Sporting Events
- Conferences

You’ll receive ongoing training and access to resources and workshops that teach you more about this area of volunteer work.
Requirements for Special Event Volunteer
- Friendly, outgoing and approachable personality
- Ability to do volunteer work generally on evenings or weekends
- A commitment to volunteer in four to six special events per year, depending on the region you live in
