Welcome to World Vision Canada's Accessibility Website. We are committed to meeting the needs of all our supporters and we are doing everything we can to continually improve access to our facilities, programs and services. We believe that creating genuine accessibility is a progressive journey and it will take some time to achieve this. In the meantime, we encourage you to share your feedback with us about accessibility at World Vision Canada as we are constantly looking for ways to improve.
 
Current World Vision Canada Accessibility Initiatives
Accessible Customer Service Standard Training: We have trained our staff on how to interact with supporters in order to break down and prevent barriers to accessibility.
 
Policies and Procedures: We have also revised our policies and procedures to include details on how to provide our programs and services to people with disabilities. 

Our Office: Our office locations in Mississauga and Montreal are fully accessible to those with disabilities.
