If you receive an email that appears to be from World Vision Canada and you suspect that it is not a legitimate email, take no online action. Instead, please let us know about it by calling 1-866-595-5550.

World Vision Canada does not:

• ask donors to update their personal account information. Rather, World Vision Canada provides donors with the opportunity to do so when they make a donation.
• ask donors to reply by email.

World Vision Canada does:

• include the Donor's ID number on its emails.
• provide links within its emails for donors to respond.

If you prefer not to respond using the links within the email, you can always visit World Vision Canada's website (www.worldvision.ca) and directly take action there.
