Behind the Lens
Photographer Ashley Clements’ images have been seen by millions of people around the world on CNN and the BBC. Recently, he was named an “Adventurer
of the Year” by the National Geographic Society.
Clements works for World Vision and is a member of the Global Rapid Response Team. This team travels into disaster zones to assess needs, initiate recovery work and tell the stories of those who are suffering.
In the past year, Clements has been dispatched to Syria to cover the plight of refugees from the war in Iraq, to the conflict in Georgia and to Myanmar to report on the aftermath of Cyclone Nargis.
You can help those suffering in international emergencies.
