The Outspoken Rock Star
Aside from being lead singer of one of the world's most successful bands, Bono is a tireless crusader for issues affecting Africa. He is the type who prefers taking an activist role by making his views known to politicians, policymakers, and others who are in positions of influence. Just ask former Canadian PM Paul Martin who met with Bono on several occasions.
The Issue-driven Movie Star
George Clooney has used his star power to shine a light on numerous issues, including the crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan. Over the years, he has demonstrated that he is the type that is motivated to get involved with issues that he has personal experience with. He then uses that experience to educate others.
The Glamorous Ambassador
As a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Angelina Jolie is the type that likes to get directly involved in causes through personal relationships with the people she's helping. She has travelled the globe, visiting individuals in regions such as Pakistan, Sierra Leone, and Cambodia.
