During the Canada Post Lockout
World Vision Canada is dedicated to providing you with excellent service during the postal lockout. We have a number of options available to you, for maintaining account information and addressing any concerns you may have about your account, donations, or your sponsored child.

You can also email us at info@worldvision.ca. Please include your World Vision account number in your message to help us expedite your request.

Change your contact or payment information online by accessing your World Vision Canada account. If you don't already have an account, create one now, so you can view and update your information at any time.

If you wish to sponsor a child or make a donation, you can still do so online. Give a gift online, or sponsor a child.

The largest impact the Canada Post lockout will have—and one that is out of our control—is the sending and receiving of letters to your sponsored child and welcome packages for new sponsors. Since information from your sponsored child is exchanged via regular postal mail from their community, any disruption in the delivery system abroad or within Canada will unfortunately delay any letters or packages of this type.
