James Bryan is recognized as one of Canada’s finest guitarists, as well as an award-winning songwriter and record producer.

Bryan’s track record stands for itself: he is a member of platinum selling soul-pop act The Philosopher Kings, co-creator of multi-platinum animated dance act Prozzak and songwriter for artists Fefe Dobson and Divine Brown.

Bryan’s guitar playing is highlighted not only in his own projects, but also recording for other artists such as Nelly Furtado, Jacksoul and Molly Johnson. If that isn’t enough, 2007 saw him touring the world as Nelly Furtado’s guitarist, solidifying his reputation as a world class musician.

His involvement with World Vision began in 1999, when a trip to Kenya inspired him to sponsor a girl named Fiskan. A few years later he sponsored a second child.

Since the trip, he’s been involved with World Vision’s Artist Associates Program and encourages child sponsorship at his performances. More than 100 children have been sponsored through his shows alone.
