Current World Vision Canada Accessibility Initiatives
Accessible Customer Service Standard Training: We have trained our staff on how to interact with supporters in order to break down and prevent barriers to accessibility.
Policies and Procedures: We have also revised our policies and procedures to include details on how to provide our programs and services to people with disabilities.
Our Office: Our office locations in Mississauga and Montreal are fully accessible to those with disabilities.
