Dirk Booy
Executive Vice President
Dirk brings 27 years of
leadership experience
in
development and nongovernmental
organizations,
including 20 years of work
in
Africa. He holds an
M.A. in Rural Planning and
Development from the
University of Guelph.

Charlie Fluit
Vice President,
Corporate Services and
Chief Financial Officer
A chartered accountant with
a B. Comm. from McMaster
University, Charlie has
worked for 25 years in nonprofits,
corporate finance and
public accounting.

Kathryn Goddard
Vice President,
Donor Engagement
Kathryn occupied senior
management positions in
the service industry and
has worked in the nonprofit
sector for almost two
decades. She holds a B.A.
from York University.

Charlie Guy
Vice President,
People and Culture
Charlie served in senior
management with Bell
Enterprise and as executive
director of a Canadian nongovernmental
organization.
He has a B.A. from the
University of Western
Ontario and a B.Ed. from
Brock University.

Emmanuel Isch
Vice President,
International and Canadian
Programs
Emmanuel has 20 years of
experience in international
relief and development. He
holds a B.A. and a graduate
diploma in economics and
international development
from McGill University.

Michael Messenger
Vice President,
Public Affairs
A former partner in a major
Atlantic law firm, Michael
previously worked in public
policy and advocacy with
World Vision. He has a law
degree from the niversity
of Toronto and a bachelor's
degree in economics.

Bruce Miller
Vice President,
Planning and Strategy
Bruce occupied senior
management positions in one
of Canada's top corporations
and worked for a non-profit
organization in West Africa
prior to joining World
Vision. He holds an M.A. in
international economics from
the University of Guelph.

Chantal Tomlinson
Chief Information Officer
Chantal brings more than
15 years of experience in
information technology,
planning analysis and project
management to her work
with World Vision. She has
a B.A. from the University
of Toronto, as well as
certification from the Project
Management Institute and
York University's Schulich
School of Business.

Peter Ward
Senior Vice President,
Supporter Engagement
With a B. Comm. from
Carleton University, Peter has
worked in non-profit, financial
and consumer-products
organizations. He is currently
pursuing a master's degree
in theology.
