Three-year-old Georgia Robinson displayed the contaminated water so familiar to many children in the developing world. Children and parents glued hand cutouts together, posting them as a sign of support for children overseas.
Dave Toycen, president of World Vision Canada, opened the Five for 5 event, sharing stories of children struggling to survive past five. Canadian singer and songwriter Tom Cochrane called on Canadians to “Take five minutes. Do five things. Help save a child’s life.”

Dave Toycen and Tom Cochrane joined with children, mothers and mothers-to-be to champion the cause of children under five who are dying from preventable causes.
